    1. Neighbours Against George Burroughs

Before reading other sources about George Burroughs, I was not entirely sure why neighbours were against him and his Minster. This primary source does not give thorough evidence to why he was not like nor respected. This primary source just argues that "Neighbours were against George Burroughs" because the Complainers, who accused him of Committing "Suspition of Sundry acts of Witchcraft."

    2. Salem Aprill the 30'th 1692

"George Burroughs was the only Puritan minister indicted and executed in Salem in 1692." It was an interesting execution that took place in 1692, the very year people were set to search and find witches in the community to put on trial.

    3. Suspition of Sundry acts of Witchcraft done or Committed by them Upon the Bodys of Mary Walcot . Marcy Lewis Abigail Williams Ann putnam and Eliz Hubert and Susanah Sheldon

I wonder if George Burroughs played the role as the "ring leader" with Mary Walcot, Marcy Lewis Abigail Williams, Ann Putnam, Eliza Hubert and Susanah Sheldon. Why was George Burroughs more influential than other Puritan Ministers?

    1. In strict and upright ways

Since Anne Bradstreet was happy about her strict Puritan rules, it is evident that she had a positive attitude about her own religion. She is positive because her strict religion brought her closer to the saints.

    2. Thy mercies, Lord, have been so great In number numberless, Impossible for to recount Or any way express.

Although Anne Bradstreet is thankful that her husband arrived safely, she thanked God for all of his mercies; she realized that there are many things to be thankful for.

    3. I owe so much

Because Anne Bradstreet's Husband arrived safely, she believed that she owned so much to God.

"O Thou that hearest prayers, Lord, To Thee shall come all flesh" is a bible verse from the King James Bible, Psalms 65:2. Anne Bradstreet used a bible verse in this poem.

    1. *Thomas Putnam The abovs'd Complaint was Exhibited before us this 30'th aprill

Although Thomas Putnam was considered one of the most influential advocates of the trails and the church members in Salem Village, his daughter was Ann Putnam. Ann Putnam was not only involved in the George Burroughs trail, but was a significant accuser in the Salem Village. I question if that was the reason why her father, Thomas Putnam's complaint was exhibited before April 30th, 1692?
