    1. Image Principle

I will implement this by executing it to the fullest in the whole training module

    2. Voice Principle

I get this because nobody likes a machine voice, so I plan to implement enthusiasm, understanding and expression so that people are engaged.

    3. Personalization Principle

I totally agree with this. how I plan to implement this, is kind of how I do my speeches, which is just being able to use your own words more than trying to keep it businesslike because when you’re able to use your own words and your own slang you’re going to be able to learn more and be comfortable with the environment around you and you’ll be more motivated to do what you wanna do.

    4. Multimedia Principle

I totally get this because sometimes you don’t get what the word means or how the word is being use. How I can implement this is just incorporate more photos with the concepts now I’m talking about in the words that I’m also talking about.

    5. Modality Principle

It’s what I already said earlier just being able to reduce text on the screen, put more photos and things that makes sense to voice over so that they can actually hear what I’m saying versus putting a text and not understanding the context of my voice.

    6. Pre-training Principle

Just being able to implements a basic run through of what we will be talking about and getting the people used to the names and concepts first before going through the whole training module

    7. Segmenting Principle

I can incorporate this by just choosing a user friendly media platform and overall giving the user as much freedom as possible to do what is necessary to make gains and learn from the lesson. Not only that, I could implement breaks for people so that they don’t get overwhelmed.

    8. Temporal Contiguity Principle

How I can be able to incorporate this is by putting the same general information into parts of the module instead of going one after the other.

    9. Spatial Contiguity Principle

Just how I will be able to implement this is by keeping an image close to the text that it represents.

    10. Redundancy Principle

I get what you’re saying. So instead of, for example, putting a text on the slide of a PowerPoint just put the graphics on there and just explain the importance of it. I’ll probably do this by just keeping the amount of text that I have limited, instead of putting every single thing down.

    11. Signaling Principle

Just being able to differentiate the important material whether it's the color of the text or the way I underline it. Honestly I’m pretty organized with these kind of stuff

    12. Coherence Principle – People learn better when extraneous words, pictures and sounds are excluded rather than included.

The way I can incorporate this is by doing what it says meaning not being too big with words and just keeping it simple to where people can understand what I’m saying.

    1. Level 9: Enhancing Retention and Transfer (Generalization)

Lastly how I would apply this is just giving them the opportunity to continue to improve upon this girl by giving them resources to do maybe a practice run or other resources to help them learn

    2. Level 8: Assessing Performance (Retrieval)

I can apply this by breaking up things into short questionnaires at first and then at the end giving them a test on what we talked about. Also giving The people who are taking it a heads up that these will pop up throughout the training module.

    3. Level 7: Providing Feedback (Reinforcement)

After they demonstrate their knowledge I will of course just give them feedback and give them tips, tricks and other things that I need so that they can continue to change their best. Also I’ll be asking for their feedback and see how it went for them.

    4. Level 6: Eliciting Performance (Responding)

I could see myself applying this by creating different scenarios in life whether it be long or short term where people need to be motivated and just giving people an opportunity to answer what they would do with motivation or how to stay motivated in a situation. And then putting down my answer

    5. Level 5: Providing Learning Guidance (Semantic Encoding)

Just giving out information upon alternate ways for people to obtain this knowledge if the training module doesn’t work out, but if it does work out we could also work with graphics that the students can relate to or just being able to share my experiences. Not only that we could put in relatable quotes.

    6. Level 4: Presenting the Stimulus (Selective Perception)

When I will apply this is of course at the beginning of a new bullet point or a new part of the training module and typically walk when presenting the information I would highlight the key points be pretty detailed but not overly detailed and what I’m talking about and getting to the main points as fast as I can but not too fast to where they won’t understand.

    7. Level 3: Stimulating Recall of Prior Learning (Retrieval)

I could potentially apply to us by going back on previous experiences, previous learning sessions that we’ve had in class, or just overall information that I may know or us as a class me know and being able to apply it to what we’re talking about in the present moment.

    8. Level 2: Informing Learners of the Objective (Expectancy)

I will of course apply this at the beginning of my learning module and probably again at the end of module so that at the beginning the student can have a vision of what they want to get out of this and then at the end reflect to see if they actually gotten what they need it out of it.

    9. Level 1: Gaining Attention (Reception)

For level one, I’ll plan on implementing this by just changing my tone of voice when it’s needed and make sure that I use my voice an appropriate manner and using it at the right time. Not only that by using hand gestures and other things in that nature

    1. Image Principle – People do not necessarily learn better from a multimedia lesson when the speaker’s image is added to the screen.

I will implement this by executing it to the fullest in the whole training module

    2. Voice Principle – People learn better when the narration in multimedia lessons is spoken in a friendly human voice rather than a machine voice.

I get this because nobody likes a machine voice, so I plan to implement enthusiasm, understanding and expression so that people are engaged.

    3. Personalization Principle – People learn better from multimedia lessons when words are in conversational style rather than formal style.

    4. Multimedia Principle – People learn better from words and pictures than from words alone

I totally get this because sometimes you don’t get what the word means or how the word is being use. How I can implement this is just incorporate more photos with the concepts now I’m talking about in the words that I’m also talking about. Also no photos kind of makes the training module seam bland

    5. Modality Principle – People learn better from graphics and narrations than from animation and on-screen text

It’s what I already said earlier just being able to reduce text on the screen, put more photos and things that makes sense to voice over so that they can actually hear what I’m saying versus putting a text and not understanding the context of my voice.

    6. Pre -training Principle – People learn better from a multimedia lesson when they know the names and characteristics of the main concepts.

Just being able to implements a basic run through of what we will be talking about and getting the people used to the names and concepts first before going through the whole training module

    7. Segmenting Principle – People learn better from a multimedia lesson is presented in user-paced segments rather than as a continuous unit.

I can incorporate this by just choosing a user friendly media platform and overall giving the user as much freedom as possible to do what is necessary to make gains and learn from the lesson. Not only that, I could implement breaks for people so that they don’t get overwhelmed.

    8. Temporal Contiguity Principle – People learn better when corresponding words and pictures are presented simultaneously rather than successively.

How I can be able to incorporate this is by putting the same general information into parts of the module instead of going one after the other.

    9. Spatial Contiguity Principle – People learn better when corresponding words and pictures are presented near rather than far from each other on the page or screen

Just how I will be able to implement this is by keeping an image close to the text that it represents.

    10. Redundancy Principle – People learn better from graphics and narration than from graphics, narration and on-screen text

I get what you’re saying. So instead of, for example, putting a text on the slide of a PowerPoint just put the graphics on there and just explain the importance of it. I’ll probably do this by just keeping the amount of text that I have limited, instead of putting every single thing down.

    11. Signaling Principle – People learn better when cues that highlight the organization of the essential material are added.

Just being able to differentiate the important material whether it's the color of the text or the way I underline it. Honestly I’m pretty organized with these kind of stuff.

    12. Coherence Principle – People learn better when extraneous words, pictures and sounds are excluded rather than included.

The way I can incorporate this is by doing what it says meaning not being too big with words and just keeping it simple to where people can understand what I’m saying.
