Testimonials, anecdotal reports, memoirs and observations reported by patients.
In any respected scientific arena this form of information is of no use. At best it could be used to identify something that could become the subject of an hypothesis, which in turn may lead to research to establish validity and hopefully, one day, a theory.
The fact homeopathy still relies on this form of "evidence" is a major red flag.

NHS Lanarkshire has just announced that they will no longer be referring new patients to the Centre for Integrative Care (CIC, formerly known as the Glasgow Homoeopathic Hospital). The Nightingale Collaboration have a good write up of the announcement.

What this article won't tell you is that Homeopathic Hospitals in the UK are on the decline. As science progresses and the evidence against homeopathy grows it becomes increasingly difficult to justify spending money on "witchcraft". The House of Commons Science and Technology Committee - Fourth Report Evidence Check 2: Homeopathy reached a similar conclusion, albeit in a much more politically correct verbiage. The recommendation of this report was that homeopathy shouldn't be getting public funding. The research is sound, its claims do not reflect in the data.
