I have done duplicate transactions towards the same order/service. How do I get a refund?🔗 We are a payment gateway and only facilitate the seller with online payments. We request you to contact the seller with the transaction details for a refund. 10. What should I do if I do not receive a payment confirmation mail from Razorpay?🔗 You can raise a request to our support team. Select the category as I am a customer select the nature of your request and remember to provide your email id, the screenshot of debit and transaction ID received from the seller and we will get back to you at the earliest. 11. Why does it take so long for a refund to be credited to my account?🔗 Several factors and processes are involved during a refund. Hence, we recommend waiting for 10-12 working days.       The versions now supported by python is 3.7 and above the older ones are not maintained anymore. do we put this as 3.7 and above or let this be like this?
