This looks like great work, thanks for sharing this preprint.
We identified the use of ggplot2/seurat default colors as a significant accessibility barrier in the field of single-cell transcriptomics. I know several people interesting in the topic who will struggle to interpret some of the plots.
As a potential replacement, we created a tool that enables the generation of alternative color schemes
