Currently, Tajiri is working on a documentary feature entitled Wisdom Gone Wild,[8] a film which details her sixteen-year journey as a caregiver for her mother who had dementia.

The film is about aging and who we are at different stages and moments across the span of a lifetime. Dealing with a parent who has dementia, many aspects of their past, their life story, surface.
