      Pretty recent issue. Overall topic: Making changes in the work place starting with more engagement. Also, this article is not written in passive voice but rather active voice and in first person. And I'd say it's in an essay format, thesis, key points/paragraphs, and conclusion.

      The vocabulary isn't all that technical but it definitely relates to this field as I've seen the vocabulary used in my classes. To me it's easy to understand and in this context other audiences might not have trouble either.

      In my healthcare management class, we learned how this is an included step in most surveys (etc.) but it is always ignored and missed. I wonder how things would improve if it was prioritized more.
