      It is giving an idea on how a simple "red" color can create an entertaining story and why the color red.

      Tone refers on the emotions and feelings you transmite during a conversation. It can be funny, sad or an annoying interaction.

      I like on how it gives various examples on how easy and common we get out audience on any topic. It also describes on what tone and emotion you will use to share that message.

      This is a big context clue because it is important to learn what the words mean. What I would do is circle or highlight the word I don't know, then when I'm finish I would go. back and google the word. Since I would know I would forget the meaning I can also write a small annotation about what it means.
