Endocannabinoid synthesis
This whole articel can be used as a valid resource to describe ECS when making citations in research project
Memory Nucleus accumbens Reward, Addiction
This as well, look into how ECS and DA effect it: How does ECS effect the limbic system?
attentional and emotional processing.
Primary use
NAc
Nucleus accumbens, also does reward and motivation, same as VTA (maybe show pictures in research project)
increase the firing rate of both VTA and SNc DA neurons, hence also elevating DA levels
Nicotine and alcohol also follow this pattern

AEA and 2-AG levels in cortical tissue4
Cortical tissue is composed of gray matter in the cerebral cortex. AEA and 2-AG may decrease but beyond the endocannoibind system, More nicotine stimulates other chemicals in the brain that temporarily improves attention and memory but affecting neurotransmitter imbalance, and withdrawls create issues with focus as the brain readjusts to normal neurotransmitter levels "higher doses or prolonged exposure either do not improve, or impair cognitive functions".- NIH. impacting memory and attention. Chemicals like dopamine and acetylecholine get increased to a large degree, imbalancing neurotransmitter regulation
limbic forebrain and dorsal striatal tissue
Limbic forebrain: Houses the limbic system, which controls emotions, memory, and motivation; limbic system includes hippocampus, hypothalamus, amygdala
Dorsal Striatal Tissue: Major Component of the basal ganaglia, works to control motor control. voluntary movements, and habit formation
AEA levels
AEA is an abreviation for N-arachidonoylethanolamine, which is another term for anadamide, the neurotransmitters in ECS and main type of endocannabinoid, the same one that THC mimics to get weed effects
ow doses or brief exposures improving cognitive function, while higher doses or prolonged exposure either do not improve, or impair cognitive functions
Notation in "Endocannabinoid signaling in reward and addiction"
repeated nicotine exposure (i.e. from smoking cigarettes), nAChRs are readily desensitized diminishing nicotine’s effects.

to focus only on these narrower avenues of African American or Holocaust history is a misrepresentation of the full story of each.
The triumphent tales of heroism by minorities is important, but so are the less flattering tales of oppression and inequalitiy to build on student's understanding of the modern day and why things are the way they are
Racism, anti-Semitism and hate-filled white supremacy are on the rise while at the same time surveys are showing that Holocaust education is lacking with respondents being unclear about the basic facts
Lacking in education on historical events allows people to look to un-credible sources and be vulnerable to biases as people fear what they don't understand

Like stimulants, video gaming can increase gray matter in the brain,” says Dr. Manos. “Gray matter provides interconnectivity and allows parts of your brain to communicate with other parts of your brain and advance your self-perception.”
Solving progressively difficult challenges attributes to this grey matter development

Summarize, parapharse, annoatate the soruces too.
After being pushed out of Jordan and Lebanon in the 1970s and 1980s, the movement underwent a fundamental change, choosing to negotiate with Israel.
FATAH origninally had armed groups that it supoported and even created since the 50s and attacked israel in several attacks and wars, such as the Battle of Karameh and Black September. In 1988, however, they chanfged their policy to focus on diplometac relations and negotaitns as opposed to terrorism and armed conflict, ceasing to be recognized as a terrorist organization by the UN in 1988.
. Next time you see a protest with banners calling for Palestine “From the River to the Sea,” understand that this is not a call for peace through justice and mutual respect. It is a call for peace through genocide
It's a pretty broad statement that encapsulates all protests as being in support of Israeli genocide for Palestinian. It does point out how the gemopcode ideaologoy has spread and makes the palestienaisn beleives that its the only way for peace and safety for palestinians to be obstained
In recent years, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his allies have sidelined and undermined those Palestinians least interested in violence, and most open to the possibility of a two-state solution. That has only helped Hamas.
Ignoring the palestinians that advocate for a two state solution has allowed Hamas to gain support as they are the most vocal and persistent in their advancements towards Palestinaian independance.
God help me. God help Michael. God help us all.
Passage primarily uses pathos to fuel its message. It's good at engrossing the reader into the story and seeing their message, but the author's connections to mental health and mass shootings is weak while its argument that mental health needs to be a greater focus in health care - where mentally ill can have support and safe treatment plans rather than being thrown into prisons - is more potent and persuading.
But our society, with its stigma on mental illness and its broken healthcare system, does not provide us with other options. Then another tortured soul shoots up a fast food restaurant. A mall. A kindergarten classroom.
Directly connects mass shootings with mental health, highlighting how mental healthcare needs to be more widespread and accessible to solve the issues of mass shootings.
. But this highly visible sign of mental illness should lead us to consider how many people in the U.S. live in fear, like I do.
Needs evidence to suggest that they were mentality ill
According to Human Rights Watch, the number of mentally ill inmates in U.S. prisons quadrupled from 2000 to 2006, and it continues to rise—in fact, the rate of inmate mental illness is five times greater (56 percent) than in the non-incarcerated population.
Without mental heath instiuties and asylums to help and treat the mentally ill, prisons will continue to house the mentally ill as it's a lazy and inhumae way to keep them out of society and fuels the prison industrial complex.
