    1. the potential risk of a nuclear devastation of Earth's civilization and life is a common theme in speculations of a Third World War.

      If WWIII was to actually take place it will be one of the most violent and horrific wars that will occur in history. Not only are the nuclear bombs one of the biggest threats but technology is as well because of how advance it is and it will continue to be developed more and more throughout the years.

      I am going to agree and disagree to this sentence the reason for is because yes the humans are overpopulating the world. But if we come to think about it why don’t t we as people try to help the countries where they aren’t t informed about birth control or family planning many of them don’t have the acknowledge to it because they were never educated on that topic and maybe if we tried to help other countries get those resources it will be able to help restore the growth of the population.

      The extinction of different species will be taking a drastic effect on the food chain. Meaning that species that shouldn’t be consuming one another will start to do so because that is the only resource they have left in order to live. This will make a huge unbalanced food chain for not only animals but for the people as well.

    4. Future warming is expected to be greater over land than over the oceans and greatest in the Arctic, with the continuing retreat of glaciers, permafrost, and sea ice.

      The greatest portion of global warming will be affecting one of the most important part of the world. The reason for is because not only does the Arctic have the polar bears that are going extinct for the exact same reason due to global warming but it is one of the places that helps keep the balance in our climate.

    5. Ongoing and anticipated effects include rising sea levels, changing precipitation, and expansion of deserts in the subtropics.

      If the sea levels will be rising does that mean that it will have a very much drastic change around the world or will it only be certain parts of it. For example how would the expansion of deserts even occur without a natural disaster happening everywhere in order for this to occur.

      Overconsumption is one of the biggest issue around the globe. Us humans overly consume everything which affects the ecosystem. For example in another 10 or 15 years we will be affected by the over consumption that were made throughout the years meaning it will make a grand impact around the world and in certain places around the world.
