      I am beyond excited at this prospect, probably because I already have a game idea in mind I thought of years ago and have never found the time to bring into existence. I believe it should already work for the assignment details as the idea currently exists, but obviously I'll be sure to read about the assignment fully before determining this and ask questions as necessary to ensure I do things correctly.

    3. This course examines video, board, and roleplaying games as activities that involve literacy practices.

      I wonder already just how unique my experience might be for this class. I love the concept already, but I really am curious how my past with literacy will play into the aspects of literacy we cover. I was originally an education major in Undergrad for almost two years, worked a major literacy event for the public schools in the area, and made a presentation board on literacy in art for a teaching convention, so I have some very direct exposure to how schools tend to go about literacy.

    4. I'm willing to be as flexible as you need me to be.

      This is just really nice to hear (or read, I suppose). I know of professors who have been acting as though nothing is going on outside of class, and their students are miserable because of it. (Thankfully not anyone at UK, but rather some friends at another school.)
