    1. Overall, I like how simple it is and some of the visual examples are more helpful than what I've seen on the other websites, but I still think it's too brief to be too much help.

      This feels like a great example for how divs and line groups work. Though I didn't have too many issues with them before, this specific visual somehow helped reassure me that what I've been doing was correct.

    1. In HTML, some elements might work well, even with a missing closing tag: <p>This is a paragraph. <br> In XML, it is illegal to omit the closing tag. All elements must have a closing tag: <p>This is a paragraph.</p> <br />

      This is another really cool example on the differences between HTML and XML that I didn't even notice. XML is a lot more strict and this website ACTUALLY shows it.

    1. ensure that documents encoded according to its provisions can move from one hardware and software environment to another without loss of information.

      This is a great aspect of it. There's a lot that can be lost between file types in different systems and stuff like that. If this is a true part of XML, wonderful.

    1. And my soul from out that shadow that lies floating on the floor

      For some reason, this is my favorite part of the Raven. The whole stanza draws me in with this intricate sort of detail and imagery that I find with much of Poe's writing.

      Though I think comments and explanations are helpful for this sort of thing, I feel it should be presented AFTER the actual poem.
