Same question for this year. Set five goals for nine months from now:
Same question for next year.
Be learning under a professional ocularist, preferably from the southeastern ocularist inc.
Same question for two years from now, to be ready for Year 3.

Now create a road map toward your five-year goals. What milestones will you need to have accomplished one year earlier (Year 4) to achieve your five-year goals?
To be working ate the clinic full time I would have to have finished the apprenticeship period and be hired there.
What milestones will you need to have accomplished in Year 3 in order to hit the Year 4 milestones?
I would be in the apprenticeship program making sure I learn everything I can and putting enough hours into it.

I live in Greenville, SC. I work at Southeastern Ocularist Inc. I make ocular prosthetics. I am part of a paid apprenticeship program or I have finished and work there full time.
Articulate Your Motivation, Purpose, and “Vision”
