This reminds me that so much of people working together is often times competition. Instead of working together people try to out do each other even if there is no promotion

This is very interesting and cool. I've always been fascinated with different cultures and religions in other places and countries. I like how communities and individuals base their core values from where they are from and who they choose to associate with.
