No taxation without representation is a major quote from this time period, I can think of a handful of movies, books, and plays I’ve watch that depict the colonies during the American Revolution that depict this saying. The patriot film is the first one that comes to mind.

March 18th is important because it is my birthday, just so happens that on March 18th 1766 Parliament repeals the Stamp Act. I picked this event in history because I understand that we will be discussing a lot of events involving the progression of American History and this takes place during the American Revolution.
