      Many schools struggle to hire teachers for students who speak English as a second language. These students need teachers who can help them understand course material and learn how to understand, speak, and write in a new language

      This is great because this is an advantage for me. Since many schools struggled to help new native students and Spanish is my first language therefore it is great to help new students. I can translate to native students and guide them to help them understand and settle in a new country. There is a higher chance of me getting the job for speaking more than one language.

      Education coursework includes curriculum development, using instructional technology, and classroom management. You also study child development to understand how students learn at each age and how to tailor your instruction to their needs.

      This is significant to me since I have worked with elementary kids for two years and have observed them already. I know the three different strategies different learners have. For example, visual, audio, and tactual learner.

      This taught me something new. I did not know you needed 120 credits to be a teacher. So one of the requirements to earn all these credits is to work 120 semester hours. Finally, I know 40-45 credits are from general course requirements and the other 35-40 are education course requirement and lastly, the other 40 can be from electives

      I am satisfied with this requirement because my GPA is 3.1 but I know it could be higher. Therefore my goal by the end of the year is to raise my GPA to 3.5. Furthermore, I can't get any grades lower than an A- or a B+ to accomplish getting a high GPA. .

      The programs that already have a bachelor's degree can earn a teaching degree through post-baccalaureate or master's programs. It is useful since it helps with the teaching and having opportunities and you learn something new. .

      Learning this information is helpful because I know teachers need a bachelor's degree and four years of college is what is needed to earn your bachelor which all teachers need to have at least. Before that information I know you can get a master's, it is not required but it increases your knowledge and professional skill and looks great when applying to be a teacher. It also takes about two years to earn it..

      This is useful information to know since school can be stressful to complete an assignment. It is great to know their programs that help college students multi-task and time management their work. Also great to know that you can do an online teaching course and have practice. .

      Other programs offer all teachers the chance to forgive their loan balances after 10 years of teaching service.

      This is also significant because I know colleges are expensive with tuition and also getting other materials like a textbook or getting a dorm room on school property. Therefore I may need to get a loan to be able to pay for everything.So knowing that some programs allow teachers to pay for their loan after 10 years of teaching is useful.

      These quiet moments in the darkness of backstage are an exercise in mindfulness. They allow me to surrender to the beauty of the world unfolding under the lights. I have no responsibilities in that moment other than to sit and watch.

      Rihanna once said: "Come on I wanna dance in the dark, Come on we gonna light up the night." When your on stage you feel unstoppable like a new person.
