    1. Many schools struggle to hire teachers for students who speak English as a second language. These students need teachers who can help them understand course material and learn how to understand, speak, and write in a new language

      This is great because this is an advantage for me. Since many schools struggled to help new native students and Spanish is my first language therefore it is great to help new students. I can translate to native students and guide them to help them understand and settle in a new country. There is a higher chance of me getting the job for speaking more than one language.

      This is useful information to know since school can be stressful to complete an assignment. It is great to know their programs that help college students multi-task and time management their work. Also great to know that you can do an online teaching course and have practice. .

      This is also significant because I know colleges are expensive with tuition and also getting other materials like a textbook or getting a dorm room on school property. Therefore I may need to get a loan to be able to pay for everything.So knowing that some programs allow teachers to pay for their loan after 10 years of teaching is useful.
