      everyone craves control and a sense of having some control is good but you dont want to be walked over in the future for giving control.

      I think of this like when you hear a story you can say "wow what an amazing experience!" when you dont know how they experienced it and that implication of emotion could be detrimental.

      This is really interesting to ask these questions when you don't really know someone or even if you do know somebody well. It seems like asking these questions would be so awkward.

    7. The people who have greatconversations walk into the room expecting to be delighted by you and make you feel the beam of their affection and respect.

      This is so important to make people feel good. Especially in light of recent years and with the growth of social media where everyones lives seem picture perfect and many do not feel that way this simple gesture of being in awe of one another can be more beneficial that just a depper connection
