Does healthcare fall under Annex III? The list says essential services, but I would expect AI in a medical diagnosis or analysis to be of higher risk than credit scoring per say. The script does not mention the Annex I path to high risk AI Act tier: High-risk AI systems are those: - used as a safety component or a product covered by EU laws in Annex I AND required to undergo a third-party conformity assessment under those Annex I laws.
