CAUSE - Screws are sometimes sent loose in the bag of kitchen fittings

SOLUTION - Full set of sink clips sent

CAUSE - Door was a shortage and was marked down on shortage board as it should be

SOLUTION - Door was delivered to the factory 2 days later
