Nobody deserves more or nobody deserves less, everyone deserves to receive a fair salary for their effort and dedication in each game. Abuse or aggressions are not allowed in any field, but in sport it should be considered something inappropriate being a healthy environment and free of all racism and aggression between them.
At least for the time being, Hogeg is trying to send a new message. He’s had a new slogan, drawn from the Bible, embroidered onto home and away uniforms as well as other merchandise: “Love your neighbor like yourself.”
This quote has something very important to say to people, respect must always exist in all areas and among all people. A team should always support their players wherever they come from and support their great skills. Fans exist good and bad but it is in the club to break the barrier of racism to have a mutual respect and a great relationship between them. Sport and education are related to each other respect and responsibility are needed in both to prosper both personal and social.

Sport is a form of liberation from all kinds of problems, but it is always exposed to criticism, discrimination, power and reason by members as well as fans.
Moshe Hogeg has pledged to rid the fan base of racism and nativism — even having his lawyers send fans letters threatening lawsuits — and signed an African player named Ali Mohamed.
The Israel players, the racism and nativism players of their fans specify Ali who has a name that sounds Muslim. The fans harassed him but as in every club and sports organizations they have had to lead with racist fans. Hogeg made a decision to sue fans who are discrediting or damaging the reputation of the team or club.
