    1. Programs across the country are being created with low-income families in mind,and with great success. These programs offer the most promising path forward in endingeducation inequality because they focus on external factors that affect low-income students inaddition to the schools themselves.

      This is the second sub-claim. This claim is against educational funding. This claim is explain that there are programs that consider ,ow income families. There are ways for students to get a education by having some of those learning programs.

      This is a sub-claim to the first point about classism. She explains that classism come with different factors. But in the claim she is explaining that teachers and supervision shouldn't automatically categized students because teachers could base it off of a bias. The evidence is highlighted that teachers are likely to stereotype somebody by the way they talk or dress.
