      I have found many online students share more and take more risks than in the residential classroom.

      I agree with this, there is something about being "protected" online then in a classroom. Sitting in a classroom and answering, can cause a student to worried about what others think, others reactions. verse being online, you can open up more easy and be "who you want to be."

      Taking an online course should be more than sitting in front of a computer — real engagement involves becoming a part of the community of learners.

      Being from a generation that most have a online community, you should be able to communitcate, and learn from everyone you meet, weather it is for a class or a game you play online.
