      In my opinion people did not get insomnia because of stress but because there was nothing to do all day so our schedules and our sleeping schedules most importantly were messed up.

      In my opinion I can relate to this because in the very beginning of Covid when I had nothing to do other then just stay home I would stay up late at night on my electronics
