I would most likely rent this space over the other ones listed.

I like the amount of good reviews but the lack of a profile picture is a bit suspicious. I would be a little cautious in communicating with them.

Owners seem knowledgable, detail oriented, and enjoy talking. There is a lot of words that they could remove or at least streamline the passage.

I don't think there is anything missing, I was looking through and transportation is covered and there are many detailed descriptions of space.

I believe she is educated, respectable, and showy. The way she talks about the apartment is theatric, but it is balanced with the structure of the sentences, and the the flow that she is formal and educated. Her pfp is definitely showy.

There is no talk about if there is a garage

I would have expected the pictures to have more plants within with all the talk of the garden, but is does show the calm that they described
