Lord! of the men who serve Thee–true in heart– As God revealed; and of the men who serve, Worshipping Thee Unrevealed, Unbodied, Far, Which take the better way of faith and life?
This line is significant by emphasizing how important serving with a true heart is. It also shows that serving true in heart are favored. An example to show this would be Oppenheimer's dedication to the Manhattan project which he even quotes "I am become death, destroyer of worlds" .It can also be seen as the work serving a better purpose such as creating the atomic bomb to prevent more loss of life. Overall, it helps to assure that "true in heart" service will be recognized and be rewarded.
