memorandum
A memorandum is a type of written communication used to address a large body of recipients. The purpose of this is to address problems as a whole community so everyone can collaborate with peers and other people to build outcomes and have 2-way street engagement. A memorandum is also known as an agreement between two or more parties or institutions. They can serve as to document each collaborator's expectation or intentions. They can both be used to investigate different problems and practice to find solutions and improve outcomes. They are meant to build solutions and enhance equity, elevate diverse expertise, and employ strategies to shift power relations in research to ensure all participants have a say. Although this may vary, each relies upon implicate or explicit agreements on the structural arrangements for collaboration. This is all to make everything between two or more parties far and make sure every person who wants to have a say in something has the chance to share what they need to share.
