    1. memorandum

      A memorandum is a type of written communication used to address a large body of recipients. The purpose of this is to address problems as a whole community so everyone can collaborate with peers and other people to build outcomes and have 2-way street engagement. A memorandum is also known as an agreement between two or more parties or institutions. They can serve as to document each collaborator's expectation or intentions. They can both be used to investigate different problems and practice to find solutions and improve outcomes. They are meant to build solutions and enhance equity, elevate diverse expertise, and employ strategies to shift power relations in research to ensure all participants have a say. Although this may vary, each relies upon implicate or explicit agreements on the structural arrangements for collaboration. This is all to make everything between two or more parties far and make sure every person who wants to have a say in something has the chance to share what they need to share.

    2. Human Rights Commission

      After the fall of apartheid there was an urgent need to help create and foster a human rights culture and to demonstrate the value of, and need for, human rights. The human rights commission is to promote and protect humans in south Africa and their rights. South Africa signed three major human right acts, they included international convent on economics, Social and cultural rights, and the international Covent on civil and political rights. The Human Rights Commision was very important because it extended basic human rights to all citizens for the first time in south Africa history. It gave all of the people the right to vote and outlawed unfair discrimination against any person on a number of grounds. It promoted equity among all south Africans by recognizing the need to implement specific measures that would address the disadvantages that particular groups of people had experienced. The Human rights commission recognizes all rights and needs of all people and makes sure their needs are met. The Human rights commission has national mandated to protect and secure the rights of all citizens including those citizens vulnerable to abuse and their fundamental human rights.

    3. Department of Correctional Services

      The Correctional Services Department is a government agency responsible for overseeing the management and rehabilitation of individuals who have been convicted of crimes and sentenced. They are mandated to place the offenders in a safe secure home. This is mandated because of the Correctional service act of 1998, the criminal procedure act, and the white paper on correction. The Correctional Services Department operates five distinct types of institutions, it manages 18 prisons, the new territories and neighborhood islands. The Correctional Services Department also operates a number of service facilities. The Correctional Services Department represents the near end point of the flow of cases through criminal justice process, with many convicted people being sent to a correctional institute to serve a sentence. As a result, the Correctional Services Department has limited control over the numbers and types of offenders placed in their care. To achieve these actions the department will focus on implementing itself sufficiency and a strategic framework providing adequate security at correctional facilities and facilitating restorative justice. The department reaches to send the sentenced people to rehabilitation so they can address the underlying cause of the behavior, provide education, and improve their life skills and employability upon their release.

    4. Goldstonecommissions of enquiry

      The goldstone commission also known as the Commision of Inquiry was set to investigate political violence in South Africa. The assumption behind the establishment of this commission was that violence and intimidation decline when the background for it is exposed and given media attention. The commission included investigating the cause of violence and intimidation; recommending measures capable of containing and/or preventing cycles of violence; and initiating research programmes for the establishment of scientific data on violence. Critics have argued that the Goldstone Commission has simply become a tool for the government. The Goldstone Commission has taken over the government role of formulating its own policies. For instance, the police or the relevant authorities to solve the issues because they are experts. This is because it is unlikely that investigators would satisfy all parties and be sufficient within the public domain.       The SANDF is south Africa's constitutional military. The South Africa National Defense Force is not in any way a service, but a defense force made up of different services. Although it may seem Soth Africa National Defense Force might be a part of the military it is not and the terms “Army” or “Military” are not interchange able with SANDF because the military and the army are part of the constituent There is lots of high-level crime in south Africa during, this can cause a serious threat to the emerging south African democracy. Violent crimes often lead to tragic loss of life or injury and the loss of possession and livelihood due to its crime is endless. The SANDF stand for South Africa National Defense Force they were able to assist SAPS in tackling crimes constituting a threat to the constitutional order, crime combating in accordance with international practice, for example, border protection, and preventing illegal immigration and drug smuggling and addressing serious crime, for example, attacks on farms, stock theft, trafficking in drugs, trafficking in arms and ammunition, car hijacking, and taxi violence.
