The end paragraph should wrap the paper up and clarify anything that you may have missed. It should wrap back around to the beginning and let the reader know that you have stayed on subject.

Writing is subjective and you are allowed to write in any order you want, as long as it makes sense and is easy to read.

Reading and writing work together, so consider your writing situation. Whether that be nonfiction or fiction. You need to understand what you are writing about or others won't understand either.
