    1. How does social media influence our world and us, in good and bad ways?

I have never believed that anything is entirely good or entirely bad. Social media has become one of the most powerful forces shaping the modern world, bringing both tremendous benefits and serious risks. It’s great because it helps people connect and build communities, gives quick access to information and helps raise awareness. It also opens up chances for new business ideas and creativity, and allows folks to express themselves in unique ways. On the negative side, it creates anxiety and depression, spreading false information easier, and making it harder to trust experts. Overall, it’s a tool, if we use it wisely, it can help us connect, learn, and grow. But we also need to stay aware and build resilience so we’re not overwhelmed by its potential to cause harm.

It’s important not to confuse wu-wei with passivity, rather, it refers to action that flows naturally, without greed, ambition, or rigid control. For example, a farmer who plants in harmony with the seasons is practicing wu-wei, while a farmer who relies on harmful chemicals to force faster growth is acting against the Tao. <br /> Cite - Joppich, S.
