I agree with this statement. From my own experiences, students from low income familt may need to work very hard for their tuition and even need to gap a few quaters or semersters sometimes. And when I am troubled by depression, my study are affected dramatically. I can't focus in class and have trouble with assignment because I kust don't want to do anything at all.
