For anaerobes to work with high metabolic activity, it isimperative to have controlled environmental conditions.
It is one of the shortages of this way to deal with food waste because there are many requirements to create a stable environment for chemical reaction to produce something useful like methane. It is difficult and costed to develop the special conditions.
-
Anaerobic digestion approach has appeared as one of the most ecofriendly and promisingsolutions for food wastes management, energy, and nutrient production, which can contribute to world’s ever-increasing energyrequirements.
This is a method can turn wasted food into useful energy, which can contribute to energy requirements around the world.

2.1. Enzymatic Hydrolysis.
It is the specific way to apply anaerobic biodegrading approaches in food waste from 2.1 to 2.4.
-
anaerobic biodegrading approaches
Anaerobic oxidative bioremediation relies on other electron acceptors such as nitrate or sulfate for direct microbial metabolic oxidation of a contaminant serving as the electron donor. This approach may be applied for the treatment of non-chlorinated hydrocarbon compounds where oxygen has already been depleted.

These tips were combined with customer statistics on the percentage of customerswho avoid wasting the product.
I like this way most because most people will read the instructions on the food pack. Then they will notice these useful tips to help them keep food for longer time. I believe most people would like to try.

The article discussed tips around certainproducts, such as ‘making the most of bread products’, ‘using up fruit’, ‘storing salad’ and ‘reviving veg pastits best before date’. The feature also provided behavioural tips, including ‘making a shopping list’, ‘checkingcupboards before going shopping’ and ‘freezer guidance’
I do not think it is an efficient way to let people know about how to reduce food waste. The methods they wrote on the magazine are useful, but I believe few people will be patient enough to read it seriously and apply them in life.

According to Graham-Rowe et al. (2014), food waste exacerbates escalating food prices globally
The first impact of food waste is about social economic and survival problems.
-
Possibly the most damaging impact of vast levels of food waste is the corresponding environmental effect.
Food waste is also related to environmental problem. It is not only about wasting resources but also damaging the natural environment.
-
n the UK, food waste derived fromhouseholds accounts for 7.3 million tonnes of total food and drink wasted each year (WRAP, 2017). UK householdsthrow away approximately one-third of the food they purchase for consumption (Evans, 2011), with the averageannual household waste containing 17% food waste (Defra, 2015
These datas are terrible. I cannot imagine where so much food rubbish is going. It proofs that it is necessary to solve food waste issue from the root.

F OOD WASTE IS A COMPLEX AND GLOBAL PROBLEM THROUGHOUT SUPPLY CHAINS AND IS CONTRIBUTED TO BY MANY DIFFERENT ACTORS,including farmers, food processors, retailers, food outlets and households. It is widely agreed that food wasteneeds to be reduced to avoid associated environmental, social and economic impacts
Since it is complex and has a wide impact on the society, it is worth talking and necessary to be solved.

Using six communication channels (in-store magazine, e-newsletter,Facebook site, product stickers and in-store demonstrations), Asda presented standard foodwaste reduction messages to its customers during two time limited periods in 2014 and 2015.Six national surveys over 21 months tracked customers’ self-reported food waste.
It is the a method of influencing customers' attitudes and behaviors towards food waste by displaying information on reducing food waste in the environment.
