      I would tell anybody who engages in such behavior to stop because they are hurting the feelings of other people in the community.

    6. Human values, and human life, are far more important than monetary values and financial gain.

      This is a good point. Having high ethical standards is one of the keys towards getting a good job since companies are always looking for candidates who can improve their reputation. Unethical candidates often struggle to find a job because their standards are unsuitable for the workplace.
