This is great work! I am wondering about a part in Sup Fig 7 where figure legend and method description do not detail how the values plotted are derived: "Dot plots representing significance of differences in H3K27ac (B and D) or H3K27me3 (C and E) signal across each tumor sample relative to ISCs (one-sided Kolmogorov-Smirnov p-value) at stemness and growth enhancers" Can the authors comment on how this was calculated to make the numbers easier to interprete?\

Also, the references are missing - can the authors share them?
