I would take note here that the Holy Spirit came and dwell within Jesus oppose to the Holy Spirit dwell upon him. Is this an extension of the Holy Spirit to be extended to all the people that were baptized?

Now when all the people were baptized
It is interesting Luke states all the people were baptized. Is Jesus included in this group of people? He reads completely different in Matthew.
