Members in good standing return at full rank. Junior officers not in good standing return at CO's discretion. Commanders+ must sim full-time for 6 months before rank reinstatement. Now in Bylaw 2 §6(c).
Is there a time limit to this? Such as they return after 3+ years LOA they return to Lt. Commander or such? I can imagine this causing some quality issues.
