    1. Every deep thinker is more afraid of being understood than of being misunderstood.

Every person that has a thought that they want to share, is always subconsciously thinking of what people's reaction to it will be. The highly decorated thinkers of our time will go a step further even, and will be nervous if people will understand it at all or if it will go right over their heads and won't even pay attention to it. What Nietzsche is trying to say is that people are always self-conscious about their thoughts, but many aren't trying to sound extremely smart, rather they are trying to inform the people and share their knowledge.

    2. Under peaceful conditions the militant man attacks himself.

In this sentence in part 4, he talks about men and their attitudes towards life. A lot of men in the world are very aggressive and have a superiority complex. And when these men are in a good situation in life, they sabotage it sometimes because they like the tough situation and can't have happiness without trouble and hardship next to it. It lives in the minds of many in the world and is hardly ever talked about even though is a major psychological fact in life.

    3. What is done out of love always takes place beyond good and evil.

I think that this is a very interesting quote, because it is something that even nowadays people live by. People believe that love is something above all laws and justice, so they do things that they shouldn't in order to make a sacrifice for love. So, what Nietzsche is trying to get us to think about is whether love is stronger, weaker, or the same as justice .

    1. If there are no rules, there is no game

When Lyotard makes this observation about the language games, he is saying that if we don't legitimize knowledge, such as science or math, into certain categories, they can't exist. Without the categories of knowledge, which he calls rules, there would be no organization of the knowledge itself.
