I feel like at one point in her life she was a ballerina or she just really knows about ballet.

She already has a little bit of knowledge on ballet.

That if she did ballet all around she would probably do amazing.

Something came across her that made her realize that even though no one is going to help her she is going to have fun on her own.

To me this line is emphasizing that although she may have not been taught the right way she's going to eventually learn how to do it.

No one has ever taught the young woman how to do ballet properly.
