As every image heading has a small amount of text, it would be compatible with a screen reader, as it can read 125 characters. It is therefore content that is navigable for visually impaired customers. What I'm not sure about is how the user will be able to access what is in the image. Do they need to click that image? If so, that could be harder to use for customers needing accessibility.
