      To bounce off of the last annotation, this section i pulled is to give value to the very crucial part of any operation, the diversity. These are all factual in the sense of actual collection of information, the purpose is to see every angle in order to efficiently do a task with minimal room for mistake.

      I think the significance of this is to fight the "All-White" world we live in today. This is here to challenge the thought process of most of us here who have been educated under all white processes and all white thoughts.

      Working in a diversity office, this is a constant question whether or not this term has certain connotations. The purpose for showing this is the text I believe is to spark conversation about how people would use this term to sort of confirm that a certain organization is being equitable.

      I think the purpose of composing this statistic is to show that sticking with the people or with the institution that teaches and expresses the same idea, it cannot produce answers that will resonate with others experience.

      This really speaks to how the educational aspect of someone here in America would learn. Everything is said as it was taught, sometimes even depicting a totally opposite image of things that happened. It is easy to live with people who think the same, but when challenged, it can spark all sorts of change.

      I think it was a great idea for the author to include this part especially since diversity is such a necessity coming forth into the future, its evokes different perspective and different values.
