Replace with program. It takes the responsibility away from the particular instructor and focuses on the nursing program as a whole, evaluating learning.

Replace with course leader. This is especially confusing to the regionally based students who have an instructor in our classroom to answer general questions.

Replace with staff. This will encompass instructors, tutors, course leaders and anyone else I may have missed.

Please consider removing. It is simply a requirement for all nurses. Remind us of our end goal and the realization that we might not be experts in year 2 or even year 3, but we will be at the finish line.
