This line stands out to me because the "wild arena" reminds me of America; where everyone is 'running' wild, going crazy mentally and physically not knowing what to do and what's next. And the "alien electric shadows" reminds me of the government and Corona virus because the government is releasing selective information to the country to make it appear as though they have everything under control when they don't.
