So far the creation of “Black culture” was founded on a whim. Record labels, athletic teams, and networks were willing to do something risky, such as having Black leads for the world to see, for the culture to skyrocket and take form. The mass consumption of Black culture has allowed for debates about what it truly means to live as a Black person in America.
