    1. We believe that if the White Landlords will not give decent housing to ourBlack community, then the housing and the land should be made intocooperatives so that our community, with government aid, can build andmake decent housing for its people.

      I think this interesting and will most definitely help the community a lot mostly because of the fact that if your not gonna help the black community at least build decent housing for their people so they can live stable.

    1. On December 7, 1941, the United States was thrust into World War II when Japan launched a surprise attack on the American naval fleet at Pearl Harbor. The following day, America and Great Britain declared war on Japan. On December 10, Germany and Italy declared war on the United States.

      The US involvement started because of Japan and Pearl Harbor. This pretty much lead to other tragic events to happen in the future.

    1. It was dying because trade and commerce had declined to dangerously low levels; prices for basic commodities were such as to destroy the value of the assets of national institutions such as banks, savings banks, insurance companies, and others.

      Trade was actually dying and that has a negative effect on the economy greatly because then people can’t provide and assets like banks and insurance companies can’t benefit

    1. The Civil War ultimately opened a variety of arenas for Union and Confederate women’s participation.  In the North, the United States Sanitary Commission in particular centralized women’s opportunities to volunteer as nurses, donate supplies, and to raise funds at Sanitary Fairs.

      The Civil war even though it was about slavery and expanding it, it did open opportunities for women to do participate

    1. Workers work much more often than they strike, but the capacity to strike is never fullyremoved from the condition of workers. In other words, peoples are not always subjectsconstantly confronting history as some academics would wish, but the capacity uponwhich they act to become subjects is always part of their condition.

      People that work don't strike as they don't want to be the ones shaping history. However it does make humans more historical than they think.
