This reminds me of the interdisciplinary approach that we were thought in my Med 101 class. where interdisciplinary team of health professionals from different fields work together to share their expertise and knowledge to impact the patient care. Similarly, this interdisciplinary team of people with different perspectives work together to define the purpose /idea of life.

we are all humans and we all make mistakes. we don't have to judge others just because we have witnessed their mistakes. why don't we look at things from their perspectives and try to understand why they did so, what is the lesson they should take from this mistake, what are their mental models that drove them to such decision, and what we should learn from their experience. And as dr. Faten said, understanding what others are going through does not take away from our own needs and concerns."

So, the Gen Ed program is all about life and how to handle complicated situation that face you. regardless of our careers, we may still be dealing with complex situations. And Gen Ed programs here teach us how to deal with such situations.

UA was a completely different and strange to me it was another universe as Melani Martinez said. She who is from Tucson felt like being in a completely different universe. How is it for me who came from a different continent. I can feel what she said by just going downtown and coming back to the university. Two new universe that I am unfamiliar with.

Sometimes we make right decisions and when we apply them to our lives and start the process, we get bored; we see that it was an unnecessary decision we made. But as time pass, we realize that it was the best decision we ever made (of course there are some other good decisions ). Therefore,I always try to keep in my mind that no matter what decisionsI make in life and what steps I take, they are for the best to me. Being here at the u of a was something I always wanted and now yes i am struggling a bit but will never give up because I know being here is the best for me.
