      Not only do I agree with this statement, but looking at Figure 1, I must include that I have not seen anyone discussing or teaching learners about Digital Emotional Intelligence, a learner's Digital Identity, or the differences between Digital Safety and Digital Security. The focus is on Use, Rights, Literacy, and Communication sections. Of course, these sections are focused on for the digital haves while the digital have-nots are barely receiving any education or training on any of these.
