    1. For faculty-led programs, students must have a least a 2.5 institutional GPA to be eligible to participate in a KSU education abroad program (3.0 for graduate students).

Is your GPA the only academic requirement? I do think this is noteworthy because it displays that KSU doesn't want you to lack academically. Why do the requirements differ for exchange program participants and faculty-led programs though?

    1. Kennesaw State University offers more than 50 faculty-led study abroad programs in over 40 countries,

This is notable because my peers and I are very interested in traveling abroad. Do the programs include housing and food? How long are you abroad for?

    1. Being committed and ready – making promises we can keep to fuel opportunity for every student and spark economic growth for the region.

This value aligns with mine. College education/education is valued and considered very important to my family and to myself. This value and others shows that KSU is a very good school that I would thrive in.

    2. Kennesaw State University has two campus locations located just north of metro Atlanta

This is significant, especially for commuters. Many people don't have the funds to live on-campus. The 2 different campuses allows those commuters to get an education without breaking the bank.

    3. Ranked a top choice for students by U.S. News, Kennesaw State is a Carnegie-designated doctoral research institution (R2), placing it among an elite group of only 6 percent of U.S. colleges and universities with an R1 or R2 status.

This is noteworthy for the reason that many students enjoy attending KSU. There is a higher chance of me liking KSU rather than any other college. The university being "R2" also gives me a higher chance of enjoying KSU.

    4. The university’s vibrant campus culture, diverse population, strong global ties, entrepreneurial spirit, and Division I athletics draw students from throughout the region and from 92 countries across the globe.

Diversity is incredibly important. Being a POC, I am much more comfortable in an environment where the people that surround me, look like me. The different type of people who attend KSU, show that the university is an inclusive one.

    5. KSU offers more than 150 undergraduate, graduate and doctoral degrees to its nearly 38,000 students.

This is significant because the university is giving applicants a reason why they should apply to KSU. The variety of subjects and degrees allows the applicants to have more freedom and less stress regarding to want they want to major and study in. Many schools don't have an array of subject matters that KSU offers.

    1. Students meeting Kennesaw State’s GPA admissions standards who are applying to the summer or fall 2020 semesters will be able to do so without submitting SAT or ACT test scores.

If the seniors are allowed to apply to KSU without standardized testing scores, will the juniors also have that option? Many of us weren't able to take the SAT/ACT due to Covid-19. This option should apply to us as well.

    2. KSU is offering online methods of submitting documentation to ensure the safety and health of our students.

This is reassuring because it shows that the university cares about the health of its faculty and students. However, wouldn't attending school in-person pose a threat as well? If the school does end up switching fully online would the tuition price become lower or stay the same?

    1. We offer both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering and Computer Game Design and Development.

As the number of STEM jobs are increasing rapidly, the number of people obtaining degrees in that subject matter is increasing as well. KSU is known to have a good STEM program by my peers and classmates. This is one of the reasons why I would like to apply.

    1. can be enjoyed by all members of the family, although in many cultures women bear primary responsibility

In Ethiopian and Eritrean culture, the women typically do the majority of the cooking as well. The certain style and ingredient additions of the dishes can vary from family to family.
