I agree by not having strong nonverbal encoding skills can be hard. I say this because many people can't read people by their actions or choose not to judge. Like I said previously in another annotation, Nonverbal clues can be wrong and misinterpreted. This is important because no one thinks the same and reacts the same but can be similar.
