It always helps me to proofread out loud if I can just so I can avoid my brain accidentally skipping words or filling in words I didn't actually write.

I'm unsure of how to add this into my essay, especially the signature. I'll be sure to ask about it before I submit my essays.

It is my hope that this course will therefore dispel two myths about writing:1.) it is merely an academic exercise and 2.) it refers narrowly to setting words on paper or screen.
We can't define writing so narrowly as it rather encompasses a multitude of things. It can be used in academics but also for pleasure. It isn't merely words but actually a whole new world waiting to be explored.
