      Anyone who wishes to discuss a person or ideas must listen with an open ear because those who don't will hold some type of bias.

    1. the general situation is one of temporal disjunction which makes sketching an overview difficult. A portion of the description would necessarily be conjectural. At any rate, we know that it is unwise to put too much faith in futurology.

      The knowledge based on status of countries are altered because there is a lack of correspondence/consistency between them. Therefore trying to create systematic forecasting of the future,is pointless. Especially when creating a hypothesis from present trends in society.

    1. The social bond is a language game, because “it immediately positions” the sender, the addressee, and the referent.

      The language game manipulates words from the teacher/sender to create a new construct in order to give the addressee an agreed definition to understand material. An example would be The Cell Anatomy (words created) taught to a student
