    1. I have found differentiating instruction to be an effective way to meet the needs of the diverse learners in my class, keep them engaged, and enable them to perform better on assessments.

      Getting kids attention is not easy to do now days with everyone having TikTok. Back then we didn't have what kids now day have, so we have to engage in the lesson to make the day go faster. I've seen a couple video on TikTok when teacher implemented a trend on TikTok in their lesson for the student to engaged in.

      To me teachers are one of the most important people in the world. The reason why teachers are important is because they are the kids second parents away from home. So not only they have to take care of the kids for their job, but they have to take care of their own. Every kid has different needs, so they have accommodated to those kids. Now day they have Online learning, so I don't know how that is.

    3. Choose the issue that you are most passionate about.

      I'm a very passionate person, but I'm only passionate of certain things. Football is one of them, if is not the most important thing then I would've never tried to be the best at it. Beside not only I'll find an issue in my game I would help other be the best at theirs. What I mean is anyone that is passionate about something would always try to find issue and perfect them.

    4. At the same time, be realistic. Choose a topic that you can complete within your time constraints and available resources.

      this is so true, there a lot of time I always try to pick a very complex topic that no one in their right mind will do. That always lead to me being totally pissed off at the end of the day and would never accomplish anything.
