    1. Chapter 6

I would include in this chapter some mention to the fact that if you are mostly interested in prediction, the the se of the coefficients might not be that relevant and the multicollinearity might be a red herring. I think that is what these guys discuss: @Article{Morrissey2018, author = {Michael B. Morrissey and Graeme D. Ruxton}, title = {Multiple Regression Is Not Multiple Regressions: The Meaning of Multiple Regression and the Non-Problem of Collinearity}, doi = {10.3998/ptpbio.16039257.0010.003}, number = {20200624}, volume = {10}, file = {:multiple-regression-is-not-multiple-regressions-the-meaning.pdf:PDF}, groups = {10PrinciplesMEE}, journal = {Philosophy, Theory, and Practice in Biology}, month = {jun}, publisher = {University of Michigan Library}, year = {2018}, } so that couls be a good reference to add somewhere?

Just testing this "annotations" feature. I note you have no mention of section 12, on MCMC stuff. Not sure it's on purpose, but since ou mentioned all others...
